It has been a long time since i went on an Indian train. It was quite a nice experiance, took a few photos. Photography was not allowed at the ashram, so my camera is still fully charged. My grandfather was super-amazed at the number of westerners staying there(i was with him and my mom). I met a guy from Singapore there, he was asking my mom for the s'pore's country code. Well, it's a wonder that he got the right person among the crowd there. The food was super cheap ther, since there was no service charge and also since it was to be affordable to everyone. Let me start my story from the begining. From our house at Bangalore, we had to take an Auto (Indian equivalent for the thai Tuk-Tuk. It's smaller, but looks the same) to the train station. My mom didn't let me take a picture of it since i "might drop the camera". It was a one-hour trip. We then had to join a long queue to find out which part of the train we were supposed to be at. We hired a porter to carry our goods, since we had to climb a staircase to get to our platform. We paid him less than a singapore dollar, which is the usual amount given to a porter here. We boarded the train just at the deparure time, but it started 30mins late. So, we took some photos:
It's me, infront of my compartment in the train
Me inside the train
More later...Got to go mug chem
